A Player Driven Economy In MMORPG Eve Online
Since the advent of computers, there have been so many new areas that have come into being and one of them is playing games on the computer. There are some fixed games that come with the CPU and others that one can install by picking up a CD and now with the internet ruling our world, there are plenty of online games as well. In eve online economy, the player needs to login to the site to be able play and training time is infact real time and this will keep running inspite of whether the player is logged in or not. So he tends to lose out on time if he starts training and logs out and will lose points as well. This game runs on a supercomputer called the “Tranquility” and needs a high level of maintenance since more than 10,000 players are using it at any given point of time. In this game, the players can use the blue prints available and their gaming skills to build ammunitions and other ship hulls. Players who enjoy thinking on their feet and working on creative projects will enjoy this game as it gives them full freedom to do the same. Eve online economy is a world where the players rule the roost; create the adventures they wish to play in to conquer the most powerful allies. And the game itself provides the platform for interaction between these players.
